Tasks Y001 and Y002 in Ready status - No IDocs generated

Dear Experts,

We have just implemented a new POS System and have the following issue:

The Z triggers have generated the SM37 job, the SM37 job has released and finished after the 70 mins delay and once in status finished we find that not all the transactions pertaining to the Z have had Tasks Y001 and Y002 triggers executed and hence no IDOCs generated for them leaving the data in ECC incomplete.

Can anyone please share his expertise the cause of Batch Jobs not being triggered automatically?

What could be the cause of the non-"triggering" against the transactions even though the SM37 job is completing correctly based on the Z?

Tasks are not appearing on expected transactions then it is configuration issue,

Thank you for your quick response. Much appreciated!.

Just to underline:

The Tasks Y001 and Y002 are in a Ready Status. They are not being triggered bya Batch Job, hence no IDocs are generated. The Batch Job has a status of completed.

Could you please elaborate where the Config could be missing.

Provide your variant details and program used in batch job. If expected tasks are there and not executed then no config is needed.
