No further confirmation not updated in SRM PO

Hi All,

We are into ECS and got one issue, where user has by mistake checked last delivery indicator and now user wants to confirm more items. Also, when we checked SRM PO, no further confirmation is not updated as YES and it is still showing NO. However, the delivery complete indicator is marked for PO in ECC.

We need to fix below mention issues:

1. How to confirm remaining items, as Last Delivery is already marked and it will not allow to further process.

2. In case last delivery indicator is set while creating confirmation, then no futher confirmation is not getting updated in SRM PO.

Please let is know your suggestions to fix these issues.

hi Sunil,

After the Del.completed is checked with confirmation posted ECC, this indicator will update back to SRM PO(No further Conf as YES) by clean_reqreq_job, table bbp_document_tab.

You could check if the whole process works normally..

Hello

Go to ECC - enter the PO -go to change mode -untick the mark in the Delivery completed indicator.

you can do confirmation in SRM ,now it will update.

In case last delivery indicator is set while creating confirmation, then no further confirmation is not getting updated in SRM PO.  -YES

Hi Sunil,

We have upgraded from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.03 recently.

We are also facing the same issue.

The Last Delivery flag updated in Confirmation, ECC and table BBP_PDIGP but not getting updated in the PO item level Related Documents Tab.

Did you get the solution for this issue?

You can do confirmation reversal or add a new line item in the same PO for remaining quantity..
