AlertConsumerJobV2 in the NetWeaver Administrator Java Scheduler

Hi PI Experts,

I have configured the AlertConsumerJobV2 in the NetWeaver Administrator Java Scheduler for Customization of Alert Body following SAP NOte -> http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2088606

My Job is working fine and alerts are getting generated (I can see that in job log) and job is completed successfully.

But I am not receiving any alerts emails for the same to my email address.

Supporting screenshots attached.

Can some one please help if I have missed some configuration because of which I am not getting Alert Emails?

    Hi,

    Please implement this note - 2122500 - Alerting: wrong mail receiver in e-mail consumer job

    It should resolve your issue.

    Hi Sarvjeet

    Besides configuring the consumer job, have you configured (1) STMP server details for Java Mail Client and (2) the Alert Rule in Integration Directory?

      Hi Eng,

      Yes , I have configured Alert Rules in ID and SMTP server details are also configured.

      Job log is successful and alerts are generated(I can see in job log) and job is completed successfully.

      But I am not receiving any alerts emails to my email address.
