Enabled Option in WMATGRP02 transaction

Hi Gurus!!!

Anybody help me with this trouble:

In my enterprise uses the WMATGRP02 transaction for change the article hierarchy, but the guys needs use the Flag in the column "Deletion flag" on the node assignment tab.

The trouble is that the column is green (disable). I reviewed with the security team but if not a permission:

Anybody knows where enabled this column?
