Dear friends,
I am getting this issue An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted in PRD System while doing the delivery.
checked all the relevant threads, before posting the issue. What to check?
checked configurations related to document types, item categories, schedule line categories, availabilty check, delivery blocks, MD04, related material movement documents, MMBE and copy controls, delivery blocks, open delivery documents, Schedule line dates in order. but couldn't able to find out the root cause in detail.
The Stock is available in plant, storage location and the availability check is showing confirmed qty in order.
with the same master and transactional data replicated in Quality and unit test systems. It is working fine and there are no issues.
thanks
GGV
Hello GGV,
usually the mentioned message is a follow-up message of VL150.
Please check the situation in TC Co09 using checking rule B. Please check whether you have a negative cumulated atp quantity. Please check notes 1513607 and 1893237. They explain different root causes and how you have to read TC Co09.

Hi Ganesh,
Pls check if you've applied the two notes in your system:
Note 776273 VL10: delivery quantity of 0 although not permitted for item
Note 712516 delivery item created in spite of VL367 with quantity 0.

maria du.

This is because of your line item with 0 quantity.
Chek your delivery item category - Check Quantity 0 field.

hi Ganesh
1.check the delivery date in sales order and check whether the stock is available on that particular date.
secondly check ur factory calender whether there are any holidays in between.
2. check whether any stock is reserved for other deliveries.

Thanks Gopi,
checked the delivery date and schedule line confirmed date in sales order. all are perfect.
checked factory calender - there are no holidays
stock is not reserved - cross checked md04. stock is specific to that particular storage location.
this stock is available in that plant due to sto (plant to plant) one step procedure and the movement type used is 301
Thanks
GGV
