Employee Data is not showing for On Behalf of EE from MSS Related Link

Hi,

We are facing issue for On Behalf-of Employee from MSS Add-on. We are

not able to save the time entry for Employee or retrieve the data of employee from Employee Profile->Related

Links->On Behalf of EE. The data is saving or retrieving data for Manager instead of selected Employee.

We have tried with Personal profile link from Related Links its showing Manager data instead of selected Employee

We have maintained below Target Parameters

PERNR_MEM_ID&SUBST_CLASSIFICATION=NO_CLASS

Can you please let us know is there any solution to fix this.

Hi Suresh,

This is what worked for me.

Go to LPD_CUST. Locate role MSS and Instance RELATED_ACTIVITY1.

Locate node:  Record Working Time (on Behalf of EE)

Check that the application alias is: RECORD_TIME (if it has "RECORD_WORKING TIME" then change it to RECORD_TIME).

Application Alias = RECORD_TIME

Target App. Parameters = PERNR_MEM_ID

Configuration = HRESS_AC_CATS_1

Hi Suresh,

Sorry, but I didn't do anything else.

By changing the Alias from "RECORD_WORKING_TIME" to "RECORD_TIME" the problem was solved for me.

Make sure that you are checking Role MSS and the Instance is RELATED_ACTIVITY1

We have MSS Related_Activity from there we are able to trigger the application. We are getting manager details instead selected employee details.

did you upgrade recently? was it working fine earlier? METH CL_HRESS_EMPLOYEE_SERVICES *&                      GET_PERNR_FROM_MEMORY check the note  1577099 as i did there was an issue earlier raised by your team, if you havent changed anythin, Please refer your old tickets raised to SAP.

Hi Siddharth,

Those were raised for WD Java now we are migrated to WD ABAP. We are able to reoslve the issue from our end. We have done the below changes to fix the issue

1) We have make the option visible for the Component "HRMSS_PROFILE_SHARED_DAT" in Custom Configuration "HRMSS_EMP_OVERVIEW_PROFILE"

2) We have given the Application Alias property as "RECORD_TIME" in LPD_CUST.
