Not able to start the shadow instance in PI server 7.40

Dear All,

We are trying to upgrade the Patches from SP2 to SP9 using sum tool of PI server , But in the reprocessing step we are getting the below error .

We have tried with a full restart , kernal upgrade in sum directory , run cleanipc with main instance down ,but still no luck to start the shadow system.

I am attaching the logs to analyze ,please help us to resolve the issue.
