Don't want GTS Delivery Block message once again during PGI

Hi All,

Please advise where to control If I don't want the GTS delivery block message shown below during PGI.However,system is not stopping the PGI.

After saving the Sales order system gave the below same message and it was blocked.

Then released it in GTS system and system allowed to create delivery.

Please note I'm new to GTS, I'm not sure whether it is a standard behaviour.

Searched in Google but I could not find the relevant tread. Please advise if you find any...

Yes, It is possible in sap standard as SAP GTS is designed in such a way.

I will let you know in some time exact setting hence I am not with system.
