PO change history missing in the Log (Item changes)

Dear Experts,

Usually in ME23N transaction, we were able to see the PO change history (Item changes), but now we are not able to see PO change history for any of the PO's in system.

PO change history screenshot: (I had made certain changes and SAVED it - like PO quanity, delivery date, etc. So system should have shown PO change log)

I tried to check if there is any existing note to correct the entries, but no luck.

Kindly advise.

you have a filter at material description, see the small black arrow in the column header.

Click this column header and then click the filter icon and then the delete icon

Hello Jurgen,

Thank you so much. by removing filter I am able to see the PO change history.

Is there any way, so as i can save this as Default?

because for every PO/line we have to remove filter every time.

click the layout button  (left of the blue info icon). click it at the right side to get the context menu from where you can save and administer your layout.
