Product Allocation Planning Book Display Sales Order Number details :

Dear Experts,

  I have a planning book for product allocation which has incoming sales order qty on the key figure level I like to know is it possible to display the sales order details say sales order number , sales org information when right click and display details.

  Please inform if its possible and the settings are configuration level instead custom development on the planning book.

Hi Sriram,

If your key figure is order type mapped to sales orders then on right click you should see order number/material/location/quantity etc. As far as sales org is concerned I don't think that information is visible but just cross check.

On the other hand if its time series KF where you are copying the data then it would not be visible.

Dear Rahul,

  Thank you for help me again when creating sales order in ECC it gets the sale order qty on the planning book mapping works fine so I am not sure whether the sales order type mapping is done separately or its a part of it as its already getting qty details but not the order number details.  Its for our GATP Product allocation planning book with incoming orders qty (AEMENGE - APO Key figure ).  Please inform if I am missing something or inform if you need more details.

Hello Sriram,

Please run the correction report /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21. Normally if the sale order with the quantity is available in the planning book you should have also the order number. With the report you can correct the inconsistency at sale order level.
