Hi everybody,
I've got a very simple problem.
First, I want to give some info regarding the SAP HANA database we use.
Our SAP HANA database is located in the Cloud. So we don't have any "on site SAP HANA database server". I use SAP HANA Studio to manage the database.
At the begining, I loaded some Oracle tables using the "Import CSV file" option from SAP HANA. And it works fine. I succeed in creating the tables and using them in the SAP HANA database.
But now, I want to create a direct connection between my Oracle dabatase and SAP HANA.
First, I created a DSN file in my "ODBC Data Source" to access to my Oracle database. And it works fine.
After that, I try to create a "Remote Sources" in SAP HANA using a the DSN file I have created. But it doesn't work.
The error message is:
"SAP DBTech JDBC: [403]: internal error: Cannot get remote source objects: [SAP][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source not found and no default driver specified"
What does it mean exactly ?
How can I change the "Source location" (see the picture)?
Because my DSN file is not located on the "Indexserver" but on another place.
Did I used the right method to create this link ?
Many thx in advance for your answers.
Best regards.
Matt
