When Handling unit is used and the qty is moved to "Blocked stock: or "Quantity insp" etc, then need a report similar to MB52 which shows with HU#.
Say if blocked stk is 10 nos then it should show 5 nos -HU#1 and 5 nos -HU#2.
Is there a standard report in HUM that can show stocks(Blocked/Inspection/restricted/returns) by HU# or need to develop a new custom report?
Please check transaction code HUMO or tables VEPO, VEKP,HUMSEG.
You are combinig after GRN and Before GRN process. Handling Unit contains different packing Material which you need to pack your material before out from stock. Once the received at plant, you need to unpack material then comes individual item into stock. So its possible to create z report but in standard
Hu is packed like 2 Item= 1 Pack.

In Std. SAP, you can view HU's in stock only in HU managed Storage location. So, do you perform the above movements in HU managed Sloc. If yes, you can view the related handling units in MMBE by selecting storage location and clicking on Handling unit in Environment tab.
Normally, if the vendor delivers the material with packing, we receive the HU in HU managed SLoc then we unpack it and perform the movements. Otherwise, you need to have WM activated for your Storage location so that you can trace the stock movements at SU/HU level.

Maybe this question should be reaised in MM forum instead of LE.
If you want to select HUs with special stock category (VEPO-BESTQ), you can select in HUMO tcode by input "stock category" in content TAB.
