No status object is available for ORD #1

We are opening new approval year in investment management module using IM27_REPEAT Tcode.

However, we are getting following error message:

No status object is available for ORD #1

Message no. BS001

Diagnosis

When trying to read the status of an object (ORD #1), a system error

occurred: For object number TM0000000001OR there is no status object.

Procedure

Please contact your system administrator.

We checked SAP Note 179324 but it seems to be for old support package.
