SAP TRM : Workflow For Reversal

Dear All,

We are using standard workflow for Treasury, its working fine with the contract creation and settlement. I mean

if i configure the workflow in such a way that once the contract gets created it should trigger work flow - yes its triggering workflow after the contract creation

if i configure the workflow in such a way that once the contract gets settled it should trigger work flow - yes its triggering workflow after the settlement

But i am facing issue in reversal configuration , i have configured the reversal workflow as mentioned below , the idea if after the settlement in case if user wants to reverse the deal it should trigger workflow -- But its not triggering, can some one kindly advise why the Activity 85 doesn't work for reversal.

Hi, for anyone still facing this issue. For the reversal to work with the workflow, you must set the category as 20 (not 30) for the Activity 85.

The issue is not related to authorization.

My Question is --

Why in case of reversal i.e TS07 inspite of configuring " activity 85"  in Release Condition its not triggering to workflow.

System is triggering the workflow only in the case of TS02 If i configure the Activity 02 or 85.

If both the activities i.e 02 & 85 will work only for TS02 , then in which scenario TS07 workflow will trigger.

How i need to design the "Release Condition" to get the TS07 workflow trigger.

Note :

Activity -      Description

01        -      Add or Generate

02        -     Change

85        -     Reverse

Can you please untick release require  for 85 and keep Trans. Process as 1.
