Deafult Order type for APO planned & process order

Hi All,

I'm trying to convert APO planned (PP/DS) order to process order but it is ending with error code 164 & 165 in CCR report.

By default the system is picking some order type for which the master recipe is not configured.

I just want to know the link in customization between ECC & APO where it is defined that when planned order is created in APO & while converting to process order should get assigned a order type.

Thanks in Advance.

Hi Shaiz,

Check below points:

  • If you are converting the same in MD04 (example), I hope you are clicking "convert planned order to process order".
  • Second check in OPPE (in ECC) what's the definition assigned for production and process order. In this transaction we maintain to which order type it has to change.
  • If still not resolved share error message for 164 & 165.

Regards

Rahul

Shaiz,

The conversion happens in ECC. You generally need to get the conversion to work flawlessly on the ECC side (no error messages) before you attempt to use APO to trigger the conversions.

What happens when you manually convert one of these 'APO-originated' planned orders to a Process Order in ECC?

Hi Rahul & DB,

Much appreciate your help.

The system which I was trying the conversion is now under maintenance & will try to convert the orders first in ECC & share the update.

Thanks again!
