hi all,

i have requirement for c4c campaign Outbound Automation for below scenario.

When creating a customer satisfaction campaign, all tickets with the ticket status “resolved” and “customer satisfaction” are required.

The campaign user will select “add by status” drop down item, instead of selecting the report. The campaign user will proceed to selecting the required status(s). The tickets with the selected status will be viewed. The user will proceed with creating a campaign.

When creating members for the target group, include a new drop down item: “Add by status”

After selecting “add by status”, the system should proceed to the next page.

The user After selecting “add by status”, the system should proceed to the next page. The campaign analyst must select the various statuses required. Once the status(s) is selected i.e. “resolved” and “customer satisfaction” tickets, the user must click “Go” to view the selected data and proceed to create a campaign by selecting “Add All Target groups” After selecting “add by status”, the system should proceed to the next page.

after selecting the status(s) required and creating the target group: the system must automatically change the “resolved” ticket status to “customer satisfaction” which indicates that the customer satisfaction is required on the displayed tickets.

please let me know, can it be achieved through standard config or development and how?
