ME5.2 - Internal Error in Manual PODs

Hello SAP,

One our plant ME5.2 system always have the 'An internal error occurred' error in PODs which pluged default ActiveWorkList.jsp, seems like the ActiveWorkList in the manual PODs cannot be opened correctly.

version:

NW version: 7.11 SP09

ME version: harmanbecker 1.0.0.0, Counter 28 [ Base 5.2.8.11, Counter 2 ]

Please collaborate with the processor of your ticket to upload your WIP database dump to SAP to try to replicate the issue locally.

Hello Sergiy,

Thank you for the reply.

This error not happend all the time, restarting NW can resolve it, but as the ME system running for a period, this error will happen again,   the processor of ticket suggest us to upgrade NW version to patch 2 or higher, she is not sure applying patch fixes the issue but want us to have a try, do you think we need upload our WIP dump to SAP for further?

Hi Lilian,

I'm in touch with the processor. The final conclusion on whether NW upgrade is needed or not will be made upon our testing on your database dump.

However, the new information from you makes the chances of the need of NW upgrade even higher because it was one of the symptoms of the recommended NW fix:
