Hi all,
Require your support to achieve the below requirement in BEx.
We have different Contract Accounts wrto each Price Amount and Voltage as shown below. We are asked to calculate the count of contract accounts wrto each price amount and if the Contact account exists already in any of the price amount, then the same contract number count should become '0' for the preceding Price amount.
Please find the attached sample data and help me achieving the requirement.
As all the contact numbers are already available for price amount 0.0750, the count for 0.0900 should be '0' not '1'.

Dinkar

Hi,
try the below option check the result output
create the new formula -> put the count (33 kv) -> hit the aggregation tab -> select the exception aggregation -> select summaiton/total -> use the reference char -> contract account.-> save it.
then execute report in RSRT
check the output results.
Thanks,
Phani.

Hi Phani,
Thanks for the response. I tried creating the steps suggested by you.
1. Created Formula variable on Voltage (i.e., 33KV )
2. Created New formula with Count (Voltage)
3. Aggregation as Summation with Ref char as Contract Account
But still couldnot achieve the desired result as the Count column is giving 1 to each contract number irrespective of whether already availbe or not.

Dinkar
