Request Approver is unable to modify Valid To date of roles

Hi Friends,

Request Approver is  unable to modify Valid To date of the roles in the request screen.

However the end user is able to modify the Validity dates of the roles from default 31.12.9999 to any desired date at the time of request submission  but when the request moves to Approval stages(Manager or Role Owner) this date is not modifiable.

I have checked the box "Change Request Date" in Task Settings in MSMP.

Can someone help.

Hi Mayank,

Could you provide the SP level. From GRC 10.1 , sp6 facilitates, change of date. I faced this problem in 10.1 SP5

SP Level is 7. I would also like to add that we are using concept of Business roles.

Hi Mayank,

Can you share screenshot of your stage task settings?

Is the Approval Level or Rejection Level set as "Role" or "SYSTEM and Role" ?

If it is request then still approver will not be able to modify the validity dates.
