Hi all,
Our business user is facing issue when trying to open ZIP file from DIR.
There is error message coming as
Message no. 26121
As suggested in thread , I have already checked in transaction DC30 of the 'Start application' flag is set for the affected workstation application, but still there is error coming.
We told user that zip file may be corrupt and asked if they can upload it newly.
Their feedback is " Still they are not able to open the file due to error message given above"
Any suggestions how to resolve this issue.
