User Authorization error in JDI Track 2 Setup during Import

I am in the process of configuring Java Development Infrastructure with the development scenario "Development with a Track".

As mentioned in the Step "Creating Users and Assigning Groups" I have created <i>USER1, USER2, CMSadm</i> assigned them the role <i>NWDI.Developers</i>. I also assigned <i>CMSadm, Admin</i> with <i>NWDI.Administrator</i> role.

I created a domain and tracks associated with it.

In the process of "Importing a development configuration from the SLD", when I import the configuration with the remote option, with "user1", which is one of the users I created in User Management and assigned the Developer role, I get the error message

"Landscape Directory labnw:50000 HTTP response code: 406 Not Acceptable (password change required)". Does anybody know what I have to do to solve this problem

Your help is highly appreciated.
