Is it possible to save a query using Advanced Search and make it available to all users (Public)?
Wei,
SAP business roles & access restriction already provide a way to control the access to data, for example, if a person is assigned to a specific org. unit & a specific role created by using one of the standard rules in Access restriction, then his access is automatically restricted via the role, i.e. he can see only his data & probably his team's data depending on what level of access has been assigned to the role he is assigned to.
Saving a query with specific field value restrictions is more of a Personalization feature so that the actual end users can make their daily job of accessing the frequently accessed data in a more organized way.You cannot force restriction through Filter queries, but you can set controls baed on Business roles/Access restrictions.

Hello Wei,
Such requirement cannot be adapted to all the user. According to my understanding, these functionality can be personalized by the end user specifically to his/her requirement.
