Collaboration rooms not viewable


Hi everyone,

I'm having problems with collaboration rooms. I can create a collaboration room, and then enter it (as the last step of the creation process). However, after leaving the room and then trying to navigate back to it using the room directory, it cannot find the room I just created. However, when I go through Content Administrator -> Collaboration Content -> Room Administration and run the Room Usage Analysis I can still see the room there (I double checked to make sure it is visible and not locked).

I double checked my roles (both, and roles are assigned to me). I also double checked that I have read or read/write access to the corresponding directories on the PCD portal_content directories.

No matter how I try to get back to the room (using either room directory, My Rooms: Owner, or My Rooms: Administrator) I cannot see the room I created.

We are using the standard default rooms that are available when you install the KMC component. We are running WAS 6.40 with EP 6.0 for NW04 with Support Pack 13.

I suspect this is some type of an authorization problem but I'm sort of stuck. Does anyone have any ideas?
