Hello ,
Is it possible to create an automatic email confirmation that the Purchase Order (sent by mail ) is successfully sent to the supplier?
That is, when the supplier opens the email, our team should receive an automatic notification that the mail was received and read by the recipient.
If yes , is there any documentation available for the same ?

You can have confirmation of receipts based on your SAP connect settings: Confirmation of Receipt of Internet Messages - SAPconnect (BC-SRV-COM) - SAP Library
But like it is with outlook or any other mail system the receiver can control whether he allows such confirmations or not: Requesting the Status - SAPconnect (BC-SRV-COM) - SAP Library
