Line layout D0 does not exist error in FD10

Hello Team,

We are having an issue with FD10 where the business enters Customer, Company code and Fiscal year at FD10 main screen and click enter.

Under Account balance tab they have data on different cells  and when user double click on any cell he get the error message as "Line layout D0 does not exist" with message number as F4620 and when tryied to check through where used lists none of the programs can into picture.

Kindly Suggest your comments.

Hi Venkata,

I think the user selected any default layout and when you double click on cells, it is showing because this layout has defined as user specific. Hence go to FB00, check any default layout selected in the tab line items under customer layout else run FBL5N and check any default layout selected by click on setting-layout-administration, here deselect default layout. After that you run FD10 and click on cell.
