Hi All,

I am using portal 7.3,for testing purpose we are using multiple users at a time in same system(desktop) that means i login with one user and again logoff and immediately login with another user, by doing this type of activity the changes are not reflecting, its showing previous employee data like workflow tasks , saved items etc..for this every time am clearing the cache history from the browsers then only its works fine. Can anyone please help out from the cache issue

Hi,

Is the popup blocker disabled?

Basically DSM terminator (which terminates sessions in backend) needs popup blocker to be disabled.

*There is some feature where this can be working also without popup in difference scenarios, only in close window - see note 2114932.

Best Regards,

Tal

Hi Ram,

1.Make a Logon with administrator User

2. Navigate to  system admin select the system landscape right click on your system object and open properties (Select ALL).

3 property 'ABAP HTTP Security Sessions' should be checked.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Ram,

Please follow the steps which @Meghal has suggested and also make sure that the Logoff service is activated in the SICF(

sap/public/bc/icf/logoff)

Hi Ram,

Kindly check the below links

Enabling Delta Pull Mechanism - Business Task Management - SAP Library

If you are using URL iviews , then in the url iviews you can set the property which will clear the cache once the user logon.
