While uploading document in me21-Issue

Hi

   I am trying to upload document(services for object) in me21n I am getting the error message- "An
error occurred when uploading to SAP Knowledge Provider".Can some body guide me to solve this problem?

The term 'Knowledge Provider' may related to BASIS. What is the file size for the document ? Can you please check the OSS note 2023376 - 2 GB Enablement from Knowledge Provider
