Guide for Jobboss?

Our IT consultant installed CR2013, but it is not ready to use- the connection is not made to Jobboss to begin a report.

Is there a resource for me to read to move forward? Mind you I am literate enough to function in the data world, not the IT/IS side of connections, etc.
