Purpose of Reassign option in EAM,SAP GRC

Hello all,

In GRC10 we don't have reassign option in EAM,but i could see in GRC10.1 access controls,

can anybody provide some details about the reassign option,what is the purpose and when we have to use in EAM.

Yes,we don't have reassign option in GRC10.0
