% calculation for Section is not working properly

Hi There, I am using the formula =([Total Cost]/Sum([Total Cost] ForAll ([Dimensions from the block]))*100 in section, but for some reason I am not getting the right percentage in webi. Can some one please help with formula to calculate percentage on Section in webi. Thank you.

try this.

=Sum([Total Cost])/Sum([Total Cost]) ForAll ([Your section object])*100

Please see attached of what I get in report and what I get when I do in Excel. I've also included Excel formula.
