EBD contains invalid date format

Hello,

we're using HR Personnel Administration in Brazil (Molga 37) - Rel 604 SP 0087

Suddenly we get the error "Decision tree result 37EDB contains invalid date format" e.g in transaction PA40, PA30 for infotypes 0001, 0007

We didn't do any changes within the system

Any idea?

Hi Rita,

We just applied support packs and are receiving the same error on multiple infotypes for Brazil

I tried to copy infotype 0105 - and received the same error.

Please apply SAP Note 2165930 - eSocial: correction in eSocial dates reading.

I hope this will resolve the issue. Please let me know if how it goes.

we applied the note and we now have a different error.  "Keep constant EFDBD in table T511k"

any ideas?

Hi Deb,

Yes, we got this error also.

After I set V_T511K variable EFDBD = 1 it works

I don't understand this behavior - because we neither run payroll nor forward any e-social data

Hi Now create a new constant EFDBD in table T511K . Set value 1 . . .. It will do.

Please close the thread if it is done.

Hi Ajay,

Even we were facing this issue in our client's system" Keep constant EFDBD in table T511k". So I tried to update the Constant EFDBD value as 1 as per your suggestion. But I am getting different message while maintaining IT0006; warning message " Invalid City name, Maintain table TRBRCITY" and if I try to hit Enter, I get another message " No entry in Table T7BRCONVRULE for ADDRESS_SECTION ADDRESS_TYPE on ESOC".

Any clue how to solve this issue?

When are you getting error? Is it from your user access or it is for all your colleagues?

Are you getting for any specific employee or for only one employee?

Hi,

all of my colleagues get the error.

The error comes up eg for transaction PA40 (Hiring) when I want to save infotype 0001 or 0007 or 0016

And the error also comes up in transaction PA30 eg when I want to change/copy IT 0001 or IT 0007
