2. i have little confusion in number ranges in equipment?
3.may i know the difference between ip10 vs ip30?
4. i want to know the Equipment usage lists ?
hi... venkata,
i agree with maria's input.
but in details as Below :- ------
it is upon which type of issue you are getting during support.
Mostly in support project we are having the below types of issues :-
1. Configuration :- if any config missing or require to do.
2. User Knowledge :- use is doing the process in wrong way or not understanding the process
3. Development :- something is not possible SAP Standards (as suggested by maria)
4. Others :- which is not come under above 3
Please bifurcate your issue in the category after that take action as per cat.

Hi Venkata,
Apologies, this is very difficult to answer. Since its purely based on your system configuration and custom development.
Only suggestion i can give, if an issue occurs in standard transaction, check whether any custom development /user exit is built inside, else raise it to SAP.
Any custom development, SAP will not handle, so you need to request your ABAPer to debug and fix it.
Regards
Terence
