Dear experts ,
Why do we have to mention the capacity utilization while we are creating resources ??
Thanks.
Hi Marouane,
Purpose of capacity utilization is to reflect actual capacity when compared to theoretical capacity. Example if I say one machine is available for 24hrd with 100%, this means we can schedule on this machine for all 24hrs.
On the other hand it could be in reality its always used only 80% (considering breaks etc and other factors, which could be mapped in different way but to keep it simple just put utilization). This would mean that its only availble for 19,20Hrs.
I hope its clear. Though go through the belwo link.
