Item 00010 is missing in table YVBAP in Prodcution system

Hi,

In production system business getting the "Item 00010  is missing  in table YVBAP: issue,

unable to move further, unable to do any changes.

Please share your ideas,

(checked in SCN, unable to get the solution)

Hi,

Check if you have used any exit. Check SAP note 1465379 as it clearly states the same.

1465379 - Error V1 505 "Item X is missing in table YVBAP" in sales document processing

Hi,

we had the problem, too.

In XVBAP we had the position 10 - 40 and in YVBAP the position 10,20 and 40.

Position 30 was rejected before.

All positions in XVBAP were marked with UPDKZ = U for update.

I don't know why position 30 was marked for update - when we open the sales document

only a message that the Billing Date is changed was shown. And position 30 was at that

time rejected....

I solved the problem with debugging the userexit_save_document_prepare. There I deleted

the row in XVBAP which contained position 30. And so, we could saved the document.

The sales document was created by IDOC_INPUT_ORDER.
