Lumira - Issue when exporting a PDF

Hi,

I have an issue when trying to export my Lumira story from the cloud as a PDF that a number of the graphics are not exported does anyone know what is going on or how to fix this? Also when using the desktop version the PDF fails to export all together and I can find no evidence of it on my machine.

What version of Lumira desktop are you using?

When you say the PDF export fails, nothing happens at all? No errors, no warnings, behavior, etc? What OS?

Hi Ludek,

I am using the latest version which I think is 1.25? (only downloaded it last week), and I am running windows 7. With regards to the PDF it appears to run normally with no error messages or warnings but nothing appears in the designated folder. I am able to search the name of the PDF I just created however I just get the error message saying that the shortcut does not lead anywhere. The graphics that are missing are the Marimekko graphs which I think were a new addition for this release.

Your comment re. Marimekko graphs is interesting. Do Lumira stories with no Marimekko graphs export ok?

Also, please square this for me:

vs.

I'll do an export with a test Lumira story that has Marimekko graphs later, see how that goes.

Hi Sam

I did a quick test with Marimekko graphs. No problems at all. Perhaps an unistall / reinstall may help(?).
