I have seen this before that the logon tile was not shown. In such a case you can always click on the Cockpit link marked below. It will also take you to the authentication screen and then to the Cloud Cockpit:
(Never understood why we have two links for the same purpose...)

Hi Jitendra,
there seems to be a problem with retrieving information about HTML5 Applications in general. Under HTML5 Applications there is a similar error shown.
Since I'm working in the Persistence Service team, I'm afraid that I cannot help directly in this matter. I opened an internal ticket to alert the colleagues from the HTML5 team that something is wrong. I'm sure they will look into it very soon.
