HCP instance database in critical state

Hello,

Few days back I created an instance on HANA cloud Platform.

It was working fine. But since today I am facing trouble in connecting database.

It is showing in critical state.

Please see image attached.

You should able to access it now.

Currently there are issues with some databases instances on Trial. Pinging .

Hi,

I just saw that one of our HANA servers on Trial went from red back to green in the monitoring. I suppose one of the operators restarted it. Right now all systems look green. I hope your issues are resolved.

But no logon option for account.hanatrial.ondemand.com

but under subscriptions, i am seeing this error

Hi Jitendra,

I have seen this before that the logon tile was not shown. In such a case you can always click on the Cockpit link marked below. It will also take you to the authentication screen and then to the Cloud Cockpit:

(Never understood why we have two links for the same purpose...)

Hi Jitendra,

there seems to be a problem with retrieving information about HTML5 Applications in general. Under HTML5 Applications there is a similar error shown.

Since I'm working in the Persistence Service team, I'm afraid that I cannot help directly in this matter. I opened an internal ticket to alert the colleagues from the HTML5 team that something is wrong. I'm sure they will look into it very soon.

The reason is quite simple: the logon is not shown if you are already logged in.

We have a suspicion what is happening and will push out a fix tomorrow morning. Does the error still occur for you or is it working currently?

I still see the same error under "Subscribed HTML5 Applications"
