Field Concatenation - Help for a Novice

I have successfully concatenated to fields from two different
tables using the following formula:

ToText({VW_CI_Device_Location.Tot_HP_Rtng_Qty},0)&{VW_CI_Bill.Actl_Demand_Qty}

The results is what would be expected, data in one
continuous string. i.e., 100 and 1.80
concatenated equals 1001.80. I need to
add a short label or description between each data set. It should look something like: Total HP =
100, Actual Demand = 1.8 Any suggestion?
