Renaming blog tagging component

The Blogging component for tagging should be renamed from "Corporate Metadata" to something more relevant and understandable to the end-user. I suggest something more action-oriented, such as "Add tags so your blog can be found" with separate instructions for pre-defined SAP tags, and user-defined tags:

• Select from pre-defined SAP-tags
• Add any other self-defined tags (optional)
