The certificate (chain) is not valid

I have installed SMP 3.0 in my laptop and I also deployed WM app on it. I am having issues when trying to connect to server from Agentry client in my laptop. The error that I see: Communication Error(14)

The server logs it shows The certificate (chain) is not valid.

Hi Abhishek,

Have you made entry of that SMP certificate in Host file and make sure SMP certificate installed and imported in correct way.(Use Trusted Certificate Option)

Please verify if you are getting "Iam here Page" in browser with the application URL. Verify if the SMP certificate is installed/imported properly.
