Access Request getting hanged between stages

Hi All,

    We have ARM workflows set up. In one of the workflows we have 4 stages defined. But the request gets hanged after second stage. It doesn't move to third stage at all. What could be the possible issues?

Hi All,

    The problem got resolved. Actually, in BRF+ Decision Table for Agent Rule, one of the system was not maintained. Hence it was not able to calculate the agent correctly. I checked it under SWIA and found the error. Later I went to BRF+ and maintained the connector. Its working properly.

Hi Fazil,

What does your audit log say? Does it shows that request is still in second stage waiting for approval? Or it shows that request went to ERROR status at second stage?

Also please check SLG1 logs for more details.

If SLG1 logs doesn't help, you can check for detailed logs in GRFNMW_DBGMONTOR_WD or you can enable debug logs and can check where exact issue happening.

Enable debug logs using below SAP note.

Also share audit log, SLG1 screenshots for better understanding.
