Error on Refresh WebI

Hi

While trying to refresh webI document I am getting error :

com.businessobjects.sdk.core.internal.guice.GenericFactory.create(java.lang.Class) of a

null object loaded from local variable 'factory' (Error: INF)

This happens for only some users. With Administrator account refresh is working fine.

issued is resolved,

user was not assigned to access Connection.

add principal -> user

Can paste screenshot of your formula "Factory" ??

i am not sure if my finding is right.

But, for other users it is working fine, so can it be a formulae issue

It might me something to do with Authorizaions

The Formula Factory might be using some objects which are auth relevant and visible only to certain users.

So its running fine for the users having proper auths

for the ones not having access its throwing error
