SAProuter Error

I am facing an error when configuring saprouter . In staring of saprouter in services...... please check the screen shot

Hi Sajmal,

In the Screenshot when you see log on as : its showing .\Administrator.

It should be Local service.

Below is the command which you can use to change the authority.

sc.exe create SAPRouter binPath= "<saprouter>saprouter.exe service -r -R <saprouter>\SAPROUTTAB" start= auto obj= "NT AUTHORITY\LocalService"

If Vamc's suggestion does not help, please share on this thread:

- saprouter log/trace files;

- Any entry related to the service startup failure that you might see at the Windows Event Viewer (under System and Application logs).
