Hi Guys,

I want to know is it possible to provision user in multiple system connected to GRC through a single ARM request?

We have a landscape where user requires access in both Integration and production environment same.

If yes how?

Hello Nishant,

That's possible..You can achieve this by adding multiple roles. These roles would belong to different Landscape(In your case Integration and Production).

As usual you provision user in PROD.Similarly if ARM request contains role of Integration landscape and PROD landscape, user will be provisioned in multiple system also across multiple landscape.

I assume you are aware how to define logical group ,system, landscape .Also pre-requite of addinf AUTH/ROLMG scenario to these logical system in GRC

Thanks,

You can add the individual roles from different systems within the single request and/or utilise the Business Roles concept if you want to approve and assign specific job roles (which can hold all the different roles from across the different systems that define that job role).

It is common nowadays to see some companies connect their Non-Prod systems to Production GRC for provisioning purposes.
