Cost Center in report S_PL0_86000028

Hi,

I am trying to add cost center to FI report - S_PL0_86000028 by creating a new report in Report painter. (0SAPBSPL-01)

Everything is OK, I get the cost center from characteristics. But the KEY is not displaying in the output, instead cost center description is displaying.

I checked the layout, there is only cost center(text) field available no key is there.

Can any one please let me know how to get key in output.

Hi Chandra,

You can check this KBA 2063097 - Customer Field's Text does not appear in Drilldown Report.

Hi Chandra Sekar,

I also have the same issue. I believe since system will not be able to put any values for cost center for balance sheet accounts, it has been designed to do with cost center description only.

By using cost center description, they were able to put "not assigned" for cost center description field.

If you have found any work around, request to share the idea

After executing the report go to menu Settings>Characteristic display and select "Key" option.

Hi Mgitur,

The option you have given is available only for drill through reports with field being key characteristics in the report.

I am executing the report with selection as "Object List (More than one lead column)

Hi Karthik,

Execute the report with drilldown report, go to menu Settings>Characteristic display and select "Key" option. After this, Save definition (Ctrl+S). Go back to selection screen, select Object list option report and execute again. Cost Center field should come with key values instead of text.

Is there any specific reason why the report execution with object list (ALV) i am not able to control the header information that gets display.

If i execute the report in other modes - Drill through or excel, i am able to control the header.

Is there any way to control header when the report is executed through object list

Sorry, I really don't know if it is possible to modify header for object list. Maybe search and exit or OSS note.
