where to download Manual Instruction Generator for SAP Notes

Hello Experts,

I came across one of the old Tech. Ed videos and found some interesting content on SNOTE which will automate the manual steps involved in it by just giving the transport number.

This is called as "Manual Instruction Generator for SAP Notes". Video is available in below link http://events.sap.com/teched/en/session/8840 and as per clip we can download this from SAP custom development re-use library.

But I am not able to find this can any one help me getting this ?

Google -> "sap custom development reuse library" -> finds the transaction code SE83 right away.

The video is from Demo Jam. Not sure what release those guys referred to but in EHP6 I don't see anything like that in our SE83. Don't see any options there to "download" any additional content. But you could do further Google search using SE83 as keyword if interested.
