Export the webi report into test,pdf formats

Iam exporting the webi report into pdf and text formats but we open the pdf , texts it showing zigzag columns data.

May i know any settings i have to made while exporting to pdf,test format

exporting to excel it is fine to shows data

Hi,

Turn to Page view to have preview of ho it looks when exported into PDF.

Click on the footer Page view button as shown below and adjust by changing the page type orientation and size of the columns etc so that it fits perfectly so that it looks neat and clean when exported to PDF

Hi,

when you say text does that mean CSV ??

if so try to un check the word wrap then you can get the display properly. If this solved your issue pleas mark the post as answered and close the thread

May i know the reason for exporting it as text file?

Text file export is not particularly suggested. Exel and PDF are the suggested ways to export the report.

If your report is exporting fine in excela and PDF you shouldn't worry too much with text file.

in  my scenario i have to export an save both pdf and text formated so i have bothering

otherwise enjoying and relaxing

Hi Sunil,

Unfortunately its very difficult to format in text format. To make it look neat and clean you need to have text in all the rows as equal length which is not an easy thing with the report having different data in different rows.
