HR trigger access requests not populating employee email id

Dear
HR trigger is creating access requests as needed, populating most of the field information in the Access request like personnel #, manager info etc.
but not picking up the email information maintained in the communication infotype.
i have maintained the user detail source as HR system, but still the email id is not getting populated in the access request.
any suggestions is much appreciated

the above 2 notes dont help much, as mentioned earlier i have maintained the HR system as the User search/detail source.
any other inputs
