SAP 9.1 auto close when using copy from module

Dear All Experts,

I'm using SAP Business One Version 9.1 PL 04 and I meet the problem when I use copy from module.

It always close SAP when I create

-     AR Credit Memo copy from AR Invoice.

-     AR Invoice copy from Sale Order

-     AR Invoice copy from Delivery

-     Goods Receipt PO copy from AP reserves Invoice

-     AP Invoice copy from Purchase Order

-     ....

(In Server side and Client side are happen the same)

Information about server:

- Windows Server 2012 R2

- SQL server 2012

- Crystal report 2013 P2

- SAP Business One 9.1 PL04

For Copy To, it seems normal and there is  no error.

If copy to is working, it is probably the application error. This is beyond forum to get your solution.

How many records are you copying from PO? It seems like application error.

Please raise ticket to SAP support.

I think you will need to enable log level, and check the application log. It will provide more details about the fault.
