Delivery issue

Hi All

I have a doubt need your help, one of my customer is facing a strange issue

The problem is with two sales orders

On 24.03.2015 order X was created for material ABC and was made order for production. On 14.05.2015 order Y was created for same material (ABC) and was made order for production too.

On 13.05.2015 this material came (for order X) but on 14.05.15 this material was shipped at a later account order that is order Y.

I have checked there is no delivery priority exists not at customer master, not at CMIR and neighther in sales order.

How it was happened i cannot understand, can someone please help me.
