I am trying to open a DBF file in Crystal Reports . Crystal Reports is asking for a User ID and Pasword. Just clicking of "FINISHED" gives me an error. I can open the file in Visual Foxpro without any password. The file is a local file on my computer and is not password protected. Your help will be appreciated. Mendel Reiner
Hi Mendel,
What version of Visual FoxPro are you using and what version of Crystal Reports?
Crystal requires the FoxPro ODBC driver installed because FoxPro is not a true xBase database. This is why you are getting a prompt for logging on.
Good luck,
Brian
